Furlough Day

As one of many initiatives implemented to address budget challenges, the City of Dallas has implemented a mandatory furlough program. As a result of the furlough policy, Bahama Beach Waterpark will be closed for business Friday, July 2, 2010.

Duck Races

Duck races are have come to Bahama Beach! Hundreds of rubber duckies have descended on the shores of Bahama Beach and will be racing around the Calypso Cooler Lazy River each summer. Make sure you stop by the Duck Race booth and pick out the duck that will race just for you. Choose carefully and be sure to cheer your duck to the finish line. Top finishers will win exciting prizes including Bahama Beach tickets, Season Passes, Big Squirts and more!
